1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Member Registration & Eligibility

To become a gcup3 member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not prohibited by the laws or regulations of your country from participating in online betting activities.
• Register only one (1) account per individual. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or a fictitious entity.

Gcup3 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the KYC process is completed.

3. Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. gcup3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

You are advised to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your gcup3 account.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account protection.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Gcup3 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers, digital wallets, and other methods listed on the platform. All transactions are processed using advanced encryption technology to safeguard your financial information.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may vary from time to time. All withdrawals will be processed only to the registered account held in the same member's name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Gcup3 does not charge any internal processing fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers provided by gcup3 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins — are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame before any bonus funds may be withdrawn.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a violation, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
